IMPORTANT NOTICE – T-SHIRT PRINTING ISSUE

Dear Participants,

We would like to sincerely apologize regarding an **unexpected printing issue affecting some of the T-shirts distributed at yesterday’s IQ-EQ City Urban Night Trail, specifically sizes XL, 2XL and 3XL.

Unfortunately, these T-shirts were delivered to us with the event design missing. We ourselves discovered the issue upon receiving the T-shirts yesterday and were just as surprised and disappointed by the situation.

We fully understand the disappointment and frustration of the participants who received an affected T-shirt. You registered for our event and expected to receive the official event T-shirt as intended, and we sincerely apologize that this was not the case.

WE WILL MAKE THIS RIGHT.

If you received one of the affected T-shirts, please contact the G-Trail Events team:

📞 5490 8684
📧 [email protected]

We will take the necessary arrangements to ensure that your T-shirt is properly completed with the official event design, as it should have been from the beginning.

We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding while we work to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
