We look forward to help more people to move more.

We are pleased to announce that Trainer Shinaz will be joining irunners from 1st March 2022.
Shinaz is a IPTFA certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist and Rehab Trainer. Shinaz’s longest run is an 84km ultra marathon in Addu Marathon 2019! Shinaz also completed a Spartan Race in 2019. With Shinaz’s experience in training and helping people achieve their fitness goals, we look forward to building a stronger running team.

We will be starting Active45, a fitness bootcamp with Trainer Shinaz in March.
