This isn't just a win for our academy - it's a WIN FOR THE GIRLS! With our Technical Director's newfound expertise, we're ready to take our training sessions to the NEXT LEVEL!

Meet the Team Manager for Ching'ombe Girls Football Academy Esnart Suleman. She plays a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of our academy team. She work closely with our coaching staff, players, and parents to ensure the smooth ex*****on of training sessions, matches, and tournaments. She is so passionate about football development, leadership, and empowering young girls, She manages team logistics, including training schedules, match-day preparations, and travel arrangements. She coordinates with coaches, trainers, and other support staff to ensure players receive top-notch guidance and care. Foster positive relationships with players, parents, and guardians, maintaining open communication channels and addressing concerns promptly.
Oversee team administration, including player registration, medical clearance, and equipment management. Collaborate with the academy's management team to develop and implement strategies for player development, recruitment, and retention. Ensure compliance with governing body regulations, academy policies, and safety protocols.

Meet Douglas Tembo, Data Analyst and Welfare Officer for Ching'ombe Girls Football Academy. A teacher by profession and our data beast, harnessing the power of numbers to optimize player perfomance, training program and academy operations. He is the mastermind behind our data- driven decisions, uncovering hidden gems translating insights into game-changing strategies. He provide emotional support, guidance and advocacy to our players helping them to navigate challenges and thrive on and off the pitch.

A New Chapter Unfolds: Supporting a Young Girl's Education and Football Dreams

Today, the technical staff had the privilege of visiting the home of one of the Girls Football Academy beneficiaries, Rita (Not her real name) who was rescued from early marriage and is now eager to return to school.

In the presence of her parents, we delivered a set of educational books and pens to support her academic journey. Witnessing the joy and gratitude on her face was truly heartwarming.

Our home assessment revealed a young girl brimming with potential, yet faced with numerous challenges. Rita shared her passion for football and her determination to excel in school. Her parents, though initially hesitant, now recognize the value of education and are committed to supporting their daughter's dreams.

This visit reinforced the importance of our mission to empower girls through education and football. By providing Rita with the necessary resources and support, we aim to help her overcome the obstacles she faces and unlock her full potential.

We are grateful for the opportunity to make a difference in Rita's life and look forward to witnessing her growth and success.
