🔥 RASHEED CHILOMO READY FOR THE NEXT ASSIGNMENT

Rasheed Chilomo is back in training and preparing for KB’s next assignment against Civil Service United at Nankhaka this coming weekend, with the young attacker determined to continue from where he left off.

Chilomo has already contributed 3 goals and 4 assists this season and was once voted Man of the Match following his impressive performance against Moyale Barracks at Mzuzu Stadium.

The talented winger is one of KB’s regular performers in his first season of a two-years contract with the club.

Chilomo is a man of goals, and his hunger to achieve his targets continues to drive him forward. He is also well known for his pace and quick movement, which has helped him score important goals, including opening goals for KB.

His ability to use both feet gives him the freedom to operate from either wing, making it difficult for defenders to predict his next move. When attacking, Chilomo plays with confidence and is never afraid to take on defenders.

He is equally dangerous when creating chances, particularly through his sharp crosses into the box, which give KB’s strikers opportunities to finish.

Despite his young age, Chilomo combines speed, confidence, ball control and defensive work, making him an important player for the Yellow Submarines.

Born on 6 December 2003, Chilomo started his football journey with Ascent Soccer Academy, before moving to Azam Tigers FC, then FOMO FC, and eventually joining Kamuzu Barracks FC.

Rasheed Chilomo is proving to be one of KB’s best wingers, and today’s Man of the Match award is no surprise.

He has the ability to deliver the right pass at the right place and at the right time. When he gets the ball at his feet and drives forward, he becomes a real danger to defenders.

What makes Rasheed even more impressive is his confidence and fearlessness. He does not hesitate to take on opponents, create space and make things happen.

FULL-TIME: MOYALE 2–2 KB — A GOOD COMEBACK FOR THE YELLOW SUBMARINES

The soldiers have shared the points here at Mzuzu Stadium, with KB fighting back twice to secure a 2–2 draw against Moyale Barracks.

It was a good comeback from The Yellow Submarines, although the goalpost seemed to work against them compared to some of their previous games. Despite conceding twice, KB’s defensive unit showed good organisation, led by Anzeru “Wisdom” Jere and Herbert Wayekha at centre-back. Hope Namadzunda and Semeyi Chimonkho operated as the right and left wing-backs respectively.

In central midfield, Gregory Nachipo and Charles Kanyambwalika worked to control the middle of the pitch, while Rasheed Chilomo and Christopher Mtambo provided width and delivered balls towards Samison Chiponda and Olson Kanjira.

The wings produced some promising deliveries, but once again, converting chances into goals remained a major challenge for KB. Rasheed Chilomo, however, made his opportunity count with a brilliant equaliser and delivered an outstanding individual performance.

No surprise, then, that Rasheed Chilomo was voted Man of the Match here at Mzuzu Stadium. 🟡🔥⚽
