SKYDIVE LILONGWE
There have been a number of requests to do some tandem jumps on 16&17 May 2015 in Lilongwe. We are are currently following up on aircraft and instructors for those dates.

We need 12 paid up individuals in order to go ahead with the event. A tandem jump will costs $340 equivalent, which is currently MK152,000 using the current IATA rate and valid until 9/May.

If you would like to participate and do a tandem jump, then please deposit the above amount in our bank account and send us an email with a copy of the deposit slip as well as your Full Name, Weight and your mobile phone number.

If 12 people or more make a deposit by Sat 9/May, then we will go ahead with the event and commit to the aircraft and instructor bookings. If we do not make the 12 participants on 9/May, then the event will be cancelled and you will be refunded the full amount.

All of us have day jobs and none of us get paid for our work with the parachute association. We can only invest limited time into organizing such events and therefore we appreciate your support in making this happen.

The Standard Bank show jump is on Saturday 30/August (this weekend) in Lilongwe. If anybody would like to join us on the jump and is suitably experienced, please get in touch by email - [email protected] We may be able to help with gear. We will also be doing a practice jump before the show jump.

TANDEM INSTRUCTORS + AIRCRAFT
We are actively looking for two Tandem Instructors (with gear) to come to Malawi for our two skydiving weekends. Of course students, slot fillers and packers are also welcome to join in on the fun!

We are planning one tandem event in Blantyre (28+29June) and another in Lilongwe (5+6/July) on consecutive weekends. In between we may have an opportunity of doing some tandems at the Lake during the Malawi Sailing Marathon. We are anticipating 2 very busy weekends.

We are also still looking at aircraft options. If you know of a private aircraft C182/206/210 or PA32 in one of the neighboring countries available for skydiving - up to 40 loads on the two weekends - please get in touch.

Any interest for a skydiving weekend - Tandem Jumps and others in August or September? We require a very bare minimum of 8 tandem jumps - preferably 16. The venue could be Lilongwe, Blantyre or somewhere along the Lake.

So it has been quite the past couple of weeks since Kariba. Any takers of a weekend of tandem skydives in Malawi?
