Chancy Mteteh has joined Mighty Wanderers where he has signed a 3 year deal. Mtete graduated from our reserve side and he has been instrumental in the team's success since our promotion into the flight league 👏

Chancy Mteteh nominated the 2024 FAM Football Awards Men's Young Player of the Year

As a way of thanking the team for the wonderful performance during the 2024 football season, the Speaker of the National Assembly Madam Catherine Gotani Hara organised a luncheon for the team at her residence at area 6 in Mzuzu. In her speech, she congratulated the players, management, and the technical panel for doing the best with the limited resources at hand. She also warned the lads against complacency in the 2025 season.

Apart from hosting, Hammers Hara also donated a 5 million kwacha cheque to the team as a token of appreciation for the good performance. Other notable attendees were Honourable Mike Bango, whom together with Hon Emmanuel Chambulanyina Jere, also gave K 300,000 to the players.

Our leader of delegation, Mr Arnold Malinda, thanked Madam Catherine Hara for recognising the performance of the team as it will act as a motivation to the boys.

Being one of our fans, Madam Hara received a Mzuzu City Hammers Jersey as a gift from us.
