Loving what I’m seeing in the mirror not just how my body looks, but how it moves.

Coming from an athletic background, I’ve learned that the gym isn’t about doing everything. It’s about doing the right things. That’s why every session starts with movement and dynamic prep before the weights come in.

I made the mistake before of training like a bodybuilder when I was still an athlete. I got stronger, but I lost speed, bounce, and athleticism. Lesson learned.

Different goals need different prescriptions. If you’re a bodybuilder, train for size. If you’re an athlete, protect your engine. And if you’re training for longevity, remember; movement is medicine. Strength matters. But mobility, explosiveness, and staying healthy enough to keep showing up matter just as much.

Most guys avoid hip thrusts because they think it’s a feminine exercise Bro, relax. It’s not feminine ; it’s SCIENCE. 😂

Hip thrusts strengthen your glutes AND your pelvic floor. More strength, more power, more stability and better performance off the gym floor, if you catch my drift. 😌

And ladies if you want bunda that enters the room before you do? Hip thrusts are your best friend.

Do the exercise. Your future self will thank you.

December hits different.

This is the month where everything slows down. Our minds are tired, our bodies are exhausted, and all we want is for the year to just… end. We’re drained, stretched thin, and running on fumes. I’ve felt it deeply these past weeks; low energy, low motivation, and zero excitement.

But discipline doesn’t care about the month.
The grind doesn’t pause because we’re tired.
And growth doesn’t wait for January.

So I showed up. Not because I felt strong, but because consistency is stronger than feelings. Because taking care of your body is a privilege. Because every day is another chance to improve, even by 1%.

And I’m sharing this to remind you: if you’re struggling, you’re not alone. We all hit that wall. We all get tired. But if you can choose discipline over excuses; even on the days you feel empty, you’re already winning.

Keep showing up.
For your body.
For your mind.
For your future.

December might slow you down, but it doesn’t have to stop you.
