What you need to do is to come with your bike and registration fee which you need to pay in advance, more details are coming soon just be prepared for this unforgettable adventure.

For the first time, children will also take part and will go away with different gifts.

The cyclists who started cycling on Friday from Blantyre are now entering Lilongwe and are joined by 4 cyclist's from Lilongwe Cycling Lover.

Ride for Flames Legends started yesterday from Blantyre, today the team started off around 6am going to Dedza, we are expecting to be in Dedza at around 1pm.

On Monday, Thomas, Hon Lipipa and Tikondwe were live on MBC Good morning Malawi program, we talked about Flames Legends and why cyclists decided to take part in fundraising, later in the day, we went to receive a cheque worth k5 million kwacha

Today is 24th December, we only have tomorrow to start off the long awaited 3 days ride for Flames legends. All bicycles were gathered at one place for service and tomorrow they will be parked in a FOMO pick up.
