Hi, my friend I hope you are doing great!
This follow along workout will help you to build your CHEST, SHOULDERS,BACK, ABS AND MUCH MORE but make sure you do it more than one. At same time will improve your cardio and upper body strength.
You will definitely sweat and BURN fat during those intense 10 minutes, upper body dumbbell workout. but that's ok is just part of the process . DONT QUIT.
I recommend switching up your workouts to give your muscles enough time to recover and to hit them from different angles. If you can not follow me during the video, feel free to pause the video anytime ( its fine!). If you want to challenge your body in another way: check out my 10min core burner routine , 10 min leg workout. ( no equipment needed)
Is not a problem if you are a beginner at training or if you never train before. Keep it as your upper body routine so you can come back and do it anytime you want.

HAPPY FRIDAY-Yesterday 📸 after 5km 🏃🏻♂️🏃🏻♂️⬇️⬇️
It been a while probably #6 weeks since gyms are closed and no idea when are there going to reopen, weather is 🥶 every day and it can be very hard to stay & , BUT is not impossible to stay . Come on we can do a lot of stuff inside the apartment,house etc.
I really believe that dedication and discipline will keep you going no matter what👊🏼
STAY strong and remember you can create your own .

Probablemente haya pasado un tiempo #6 semanas desde que los gimnasios están cerrados y no tengo idea de cuándo volverán a abrir, muy frío todos los días y puede ser muy difícil mantenerse y , PERO no es imposible mantenerse . Vamos, podemos hacer muchas cosas dentro del apartamento, casa, etc.

Realmente creo que la dedicación y la disciplina te mantendrán en marcha pase lo que pase👊🏼

I don't know how to lose fat without being hungry sometimes. And the leaner you want to get, the more restrictive your diet will become. No matter what ANYONE tells you.✌🏼
In order to lose fat, I have to do things like weigh my food, count calories & macros. This has to be done rather than winging it, because changing your body effectively requires this process.
I don't know how to "get that fat off your lower belly😱without you losing more fat all over the body . So I'm not sure why you keep asking how to spot reduce when spot reduction is a myth!. The process requires getting leaner overall.
I don't know how to grow muscle without putting in A LOT of effort, doing it consistently and being patient about it. If you’re not making faces like this, are you REALLY lifting 😤?
I don't know how to create a physique that stands out without getting truly focused on ALL of this for a significant amount of time.
You're gonna find out at some point, you have no leverage against your own physiology. Even if you're doing everything right, it's often going to come a lot slower than you want it to but is the key.
