“I eat healthy… so why am I not losing weight?”
Laura said the same thing.
She wasn’t lazy.
She wasn’t inconsistent.
She wasn’t “doing it wrong.”
She just didn’t have a strategy built for her body.
So we fixed that.
No extremes.
No cutting everything out.
No starting over every Monday.
Just a personalized plan that actually made sense for her life.
6 weeks later, she was down 8 lbs!
But more importantly?
She finally understood what her body needed—and how to stay consistent without burning out.
This is exactly what the Precision Fat Loss Reset is.
Not another meal plan.
Not another “try harder” approach.
It’s strategy.
It’s structure.
It’s learning how to eat in a way that actually works for you and your life in a realistic way.
If you’re stuck doing “everything right” or “eating clean” and still not seeing change…
DM me RESET.
Let’s fix what’s actually not working.

Be honest with me for a second…
How many times have you told yourself:
“I just need to get back on track.”
Not start from scratch.
Not learn something new.
Just… get back to the version of you that felt:
strong
consistent
in control of your body
Because right now?
It feels like you’re constantly starting over.
You try to get into a routine…
Life gets busy…
You miss a few days…
Nutrition slips…
And suddenly you feel like you’re back at square one again.
And the frustrating part?
You KNOW what to do.
You just can’t seem to stay consistent with it anymore.
Especially now.
Because your body has changed.
Your schedule is full.
And what used to work… doesn’t hit the same.
So you start questioning yourself.
👉 “Why can’t I stick to anything?”
👉 “Why does this feel harder now?”
👉 “What’s wrong with me?”
Let me be very clear.
There is nothing wrong with you.
You don’t need more motivation.
You need a structure that actually works for your life now.
That’s exactly why I built Strong Mind, Strong Body.
And I’m opening another group in 10 days.
But before I even talk about that…
I want to hear from you.
👇 Tell me this:
What is the ONE thing you can’t seem to stay consistent with right now?
Workouts?
Nutrition?
Energy?
All of it?
No judgment. Just real answers.

I didn’t fall off.
I was running myself into the ground.
I was the woman who did more.
Pushed harder.
Never missed.
Not because I had it all together…
but because I was trying to outrun a life that didn’t feel good.
Overtraining.
Overperforming.
Calling it “discipline.”
From the outside?
It looked strong.
But real strength…
was admitting I was using fitness, racing, and competing as an escape.
And learning how to stop punishing my body
and actually take care of it.
Now I still show up—
but it’s not chaos masked as commitment.
It’s intentional.
Sustainable.
Built on respect.
Most women think they need to do more.
They don’t.
They need to stop using fitness to fix their life
and start using it to support it.
That’s the shift.
My next group starts May 1.
If you’re ready to do this differently— DM me STRONG

My shirt says “I have the perfect body (at home in my freezer).”
And honestly? Sometimes we just need to laugh while showing up.
Because the body I have right now — at 48, in perimenopause, with autoimmune disease, messed up hips, and still healing — is not the one I planned for.
It’s not the figure competitor body.
It’s not the Spartan racer body.
It’s not the body I performed strength in for years.
But it shows up.
It lifts.
It survived things I didn’t think I would or could.
And I’ve stopped waiting for the perfect body to start living in this one.
That’s the work. Right there.
If you’re waiting to feel ready, waiting to look different, waiting for the version of yourself that feels worthy enough to start
She’s not coming. This is her. YOU right now.
DM me STRONG and let’s build something real with the body you actually have.

Stopping people pleasing didn’t just change my mind.
It changed my body.
When you stop performing for everyone else — you finally have enough left to actually show up for yourself.
Swipe to see the 3 things I stopped doing and what shifted when I did.
Save this for the day you need the reminder.
And if you’re ready to stop abandoning yourself — DM me STRONG. That’s exactly what we build inside Strong Mind Strong Body.

Sometimes I just sit with it.
The work. The healing. The becoming.
This season of my life looks nothing like I planned. And somehow it’s the most honest one I’ve ever lived.
48. Still figuring it out. Still showing up.
Not every day looks like the gym. Some days it looks like this — just being still and letting yourself exist without performing for anyone.
That’s allowed.
You’re allowed to rest. To think. To just be a woman in the middle of her own story without having to justify it.
Happy Saturday. ❤️
