As a shorty (5’1”) my toxic trait is that I’ve made my day failproof to hit my macros by using a framework I didn’t even know I had
🧚 Message me SWIFT for my guide on how to plan macro-friendly dinners for the week in under 20 min
The framework:
✨Simple meals, keeping them the same but swapping out fruit and veggies for breakfast, lunch and snacks
✨Then, having fun with dinner and making that the variable in your day
The key is pre-logging your day, especially your dinner, so you can shift around your portion sizes of everything else to enjoy whatever it is you’re having!
It’s foolproof and will make it so you hit your macros and calories DAILY, without having to think about it
and when you’re petite, that matters more than we realize
If you want my free guide for how to plan and build a week worth of dinner dinners in under 20 minutes, message me, SWIFT and I’ll send it your way 🤸♀️💕

Client L (5’2”, 26 yo) came to us wanting a flatter stomach and to finally feel confident in her body
She was already lifting, already trying to eat well, and running on “green tea and sheer determination”
She was also going through a breakup, finishing her last year of law school, and studying for the bar exam. And still showing up every single week 🤸♀️
Prior to joining, she was underfueling on a 5’2” frame and her body had nothing left to give
When she started working with us and Mikalia Nishizaki didn’t decrease her calories more.
Instead, we built her a plan that worked, one that survived bar review Thursdays, the weeks when everything seemed to fall apart, and the hardest season of her life.
She’s down 8 lbs at her lowest
She sumo deadlifted 135 lbs, more than her own bodyweight
The jeans she used to avoid trying on are now baggy in the waist!!
And in a recent check-in she wrote: “I feel amazing. I feel like I look amazing also. I’m not restricting. I feel amazing and SO strong.”
She came for the flat stomach. She just resigned for another 6 months with a body she actually trusts 🫶

this spring I had headaches almost every day for two months
Every. Single. Day.
I would wake up, get my workout in, and know that by evening I’d need to journal and go to bed early
that was the routine because I knew that I started the year off with goals and I wanted to follow through on them
I’ve had seasons like this before:
❌shoulder surgery, hip labrum tear, then surgery, then the other hip started hurting, then chronic neck and back pain
I let it stop me once a couple of years ago!
I waited to feel better and stopped showing up for my physical health outisde of just physical therapy and it didn’t work the way I thought it would
This time I chose to stay in my deficit, keep lifting, and give 100% for the season I was in
I didn’t use the headaches as a reason to let everything else go
I was able to lose 7 lbs because I wasn’t waiting to feel perfect before I showed up
There’s a major difference between adjusting to your seasons and abandoning because of your season
The question I kept asking myself: Am I giving everything I have for THIS season?
Once you become the woman who shows up anyway, your results become inevitable!!
Become that woman!! It’s why it’s such an important piece to our work! The mindset piece is one of the hardest, yet most pivotal, pieces to your success in changing your lifestyle for the better 🧚✨

✨ Meet Hallie ✨
We’re so excited to officially welcome Dr. Hallie Mac Yanez | Postpartum Nutrition and Fitness Coach to Nutrition and Fitness Coaching for Short Women team!!
We take hiring very seriously around here and I’m excited to say, Hallie is the most amazing person fit to join our team of petite women 🫶
She’s 5’2” so she understands firsthand that fat loss and muscle building on a smaller frame requires a different level of precision
Hallie is a Macro Nutrition Certified Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, and a Doctor of Physical Therapy for over 10 years, and a coach for over four years, bringing an incredible depth of knowledge to every client she works with.
But what makes her such an incredible coach isn’t just her credentials
For years, she struggled with an unhealthy relationship with food, cycling through restriction, weekend binges, excessive cardio, and constantly chasing the body she had as a collegiate soccer player.
That journey eventually led to hormone dysfunction and a stress fracture.
Learning how to fuel her body properly with macros and strength training completely changed everything for her fitness, lifestyle, and health
Now, she helps women build muscle, fuel themselves with enough food, and create healthy habits that actually fit their lives, without obsessing over every meal or missing out on the moments that matter most.
Her coaching is rooted in consistency, education, and accountability, while helping every client feel supported, empowered, and confident throughout the process.
Outside of coaching, she’s a wife, a mom of three, loves being active outdoors with her family, and is always up for a workout, run, or walk in the sunshine
She’s proof that you can prioritize your health without sacrificing your life
If you’re 5’4” or under and you’re ready to build muscle, lose fat, and finally have a coach who understands exactly what your body needs,
