I discovered yoga 3 years ago. To be honest with you I hated it, especially downward facing dog. But it was part of an Ayurvedic cleanse so I did stick to it until the end.

10 days later, on Dec. 19th, I was writing an email to a local yoga studio to know if there was still room to get into a teacher training. 2 weeks later classes started and 6 months later I became a yoga teacher. What provoked such a drastic change?

I felt in love with Yin Yoga. The long holding time shoots me straight into meditation and it’s deeply relaxing like I never experienced before… and no more downward facing dog!

I am blessed to offer this gift and have my own signature classes my students from all over the world are so fond of. Crying often happens in my classes as we gently release emotions that were stuck in the body. Facilitating this transformation is such an honor for me.

Now, I give exclusive classes during my private coaching retreats “Finding Yourself Abroad”.

And when I read the beautiful words from my client Lisa Jelly, I feel so inspired to create a group retreat for Deep care and Intensive Coaching this winter:

“Yoga on the roof watching the sunrise was fabulous. I haven’t experienced Yin yoga before but it was really powerful with the meditation alongside. I wasn’t expecting to be quite so moved by the experience but especially the first day, I really drew out some emotions and was able to ‘let go’ before moving onto the intensive later that morning.
It enabled me to focus on my true desires and prepare me to be in the best place mentally before starting the intensive. To focus on myself and feel calm – almost like a ‘reset’ button before going into the mind explorations of the coaching intensive.”
