Meet Desree — turning 6 this November, and already showing a strong competitive spirit 💪

From being afraid of the water to swimming confidently on her own in under 6 months… this is her favourite stroke (and yes, she asked us to capture it 🎥).

At , we focus on more than just swimming — we help turn goals into progress, and build the mindset and character of a potential swimmer through programs tailored to each child’s ability.

1:39:42 → 58:47 | 🔥 40:55 Improvement

His 1st time representing his school at a swimming championship (Melaka state) 🏊‍♂️
And only his 2nd competition ever.

Nathaniel Tan (Lane 3) — Age 7.

Just 4 months ago (his very first competition at age 6),
his goggles popped off right after his start.

He stopped mid-race… fixed them… and still finished.
Clocked 1:39:42 — 2nd last place.

But that moment changed everything.

Since then, he trained without goggles,
built mental strength through visualisation,
and showed up consistently — just 2 sessions a week, same as his sister Grace.

Fast forward to today:

Same pool. Same event. Same swimmer. Different mindset.

He came back stronger, sharper, and fearless —
clocking 58:47, and rising to:

🥈 2nd fastest (Age 7) in the 50m Freestyle event (Under 12 category, Melaka)
🥈 Ranked #2 (Age 7) across multiple events under the Under 12 category (Freestyle & Breaststroke)

This isn’t luck.
This is learning from failure, trusting the process, and showing up every week.

From stopping mid-race…
to standing among the fastest in the state 💪

At @globalswimmobile, we don’t just train swimmers —
we build race confidence, technical discipline, and long-term potential.

Because real progress isn’t just about winning —
it’s about who you become along the way.

2:32:18 → 1:47:45 | 🔥 44:33 Improvement

Her 3rd time representing her school for the swimming championship (Melaka state) 🏊‍♀️

Grace Tan (Lane 6) — first time competing in the 100m freestyle (Girls U12), and she delivered a strong, beautiful pace from start to finish.

With just 2 sessions a week (1.5 hours each) and consistent mindset training, this is what progress looks like. She may not be the fastest in her state yet — but she’s steadily closing the gap.

From being on the 2nd page of results… to now breaking into the 1st page and holding her ground 💪

Current rankings:
• 43rd (U12)
• 18th (11 & under)
• 12th (Age 11)

Top 10 is within reach — and we’re not stopping here.

At , we focus on building swimmers beyond just speed — technique, mindset, and structured progression. From beginners to competitive athletes, every program is tailored to unlock potential.

“For a 6-year-old swimmer with ADHD, learning something new can be challenging because their attention may shift quickly, and they can get frustrated if progress feels slow. However, swimming offers a structured yet playful environment that channels their energy positively. The repetitive motions, clear instructions, and immediate feedback help improve focus, build confidence, and give them a sense of accomplishment with every small milestone.”

Proud coach moment 💙✨

One of my ADHD students hit a huge milestone today — he floated on the water all by himself for the very first time!

When we first started, he would look at me and say, “Teacher, I can’t do it.” But week after week, he kept showing up, pushing past his fears, and learning to trust both the water and himself.

Today, he proved to himself that he CAN.
And the best part? The smile on his face when he realised he did it on his own. 🌊💪

Building skills is great, but watching his self-confidence grow… that’s the real victory. 🌟

So proud of you, champ!

This cheerful 6-year-old superstar started swimming with us at Global Swim Mobile when he was just 5. Hayden has ADHD, and watching his growth in the pool has been nothing short of inspiring! 🏊‍♂️✨

Today, he’s comfortable, confident, and happy in the water — every swim brings a smile and a sense of calm. 💦

At Global Swim Mobile, we proudly welcome and support children with special needs, helping them build safety, confidence, and joy through swimming. 🌟

💧 Why swimming helps children with ADHD:
• Improves focus and concentration — the rhythmic nature of swimming encourages better attention control.
• Reduces hyperactivity and impulsiveness — the calming sensory input from water helps regulate energy levels.
• Enhances memory, coordination, and cognitive processing — engaging both body and mind in a structured activity.
• Boosts self-esteem and emotional regulation — success in the pool fosters confidence and calmness.

Every child deserves the chance to shine — and we’re here to help them do it safely, confidently, and happily. 💙 Global Swim Mobile School
