Come on, guys! Today only. First time user? Try la lavender tu. Multipurpose tu benda alah kecik molek wangi-wangi tu! Selalu cium bau lavender yg pd air freshener kan...hat ni ori tau. Baru la dpt manfaat aromaterapi tanpa sakit kepala mcm kalau kita cium spray penyegar udara tu. Meh bgtau akak meh nak mana satu!

Setelah dua minggu tinggalkan workout, rasa sgt bercinta nak mula balik. Lepas workout, esoknya terseksa badan sakit sana sini. Jumpa blend ni di Pinterest...cuba buat. Alhamdulillah, berkesan untuk otot yg sakit2 tu. Essential oil asbab, Allah jua yg izinkan penyembuhan.

I suffered a throbbing headache yesterday...for 8 freaking hour. I hv been quite sensitive to bright light these few years but yesterday's episode was intense. My usual headache blend didnt work so i tried another one (swipe left). Massaged it on the temples, on the nape, at the inner nose bridge near the eyes and on the upper hand between the thumb and index finger. Pain gone in 10 minutes. Wished i did it earlier...ðŸ˜.
