IOC expresses deep sorrow at passing of IOC Honorary Member Ung Chang It is with extreme sadness that the International Olympic Committee (IOC) has learnt of the death of Professor Ung Chang, on 29 March at the age of 87.

These claims directly contradict final and binding judicial findings of the Austrian courts and are entirely unsupported by any evidence. The ITF is taking all necessary legal steps to protect its integrity, its officials, and the dignity of the global ITF community.

Unity, truth, and respect for the rule of law remain core values of the International Taekwon-Do Federation.
