🧾 ENTRY REQUIREMENTS 🧾

Entrants to the Beyside-5000 must have met one of the below criteria:

1, Podium in the Top 3 at any Beyside-800 between February to May 2026. A list of qualifying podium winners who will automatically be entered. (12 players)

2, Organizer allocation (3 players)

3, Register with FIVE (5) qualifying receipts from January 2026 to May 2026 EACH. The date of the receipts can be found in the upper right hand corner of each Beyside invoice. (25 to 35 players TBD depending on demand)

Receipts that have been used before for the Beyside-800 and Beyside-1000 signups are all valid.

For the 5 qualifying receipt requirements, receipts must be from EACH month and not multiple copies from the same month. i.e. You need a receipt from January, February, March, April AND May.

⚔️⚔️ Rookie Rumble ⚔️⚔️

The Rookie Rumble is a beginner friendly tournament being hosted by Beyside for bladers with less than 3 months of experience (started blading after February 2026) or for those who have never entered a Beyblade tournament.

This tournament will be very beginner friendly and judges will be asked to educate rather than to enforce in a strictly judgement-free environment.

Over the last month Beyblade has seen an exponential growth in new players and demand for both product and play area.

Given that, the team will be trialing new and additional opening hours for the month of May starting on May 11th.

With the exception of tournaments (16th May) the team will be at the center to ensure that everyone is getting what they need to become the best blader that they can 💪

The Beyside Series of Tournaments is a competitive structure built to encourage and incentivize competitive Beyblade X play in Johor Bahru through consistent, frequent and high-reward tournament organization.

Season 1 of the Beyside Series was released in January 2026 with a potential end date of May 2026 via the Beyside-800 and the Beyside-400. The program was met with unprecedented success with tournament slots being secured 1 to 1.5 months ahead of the scheduled tournament dates.

Season 2 of the Beyside Series of Tournaments will start in June 2026 and looks to improve on the program with not only solutions to remove bottlenecks seen in Season 1, but also to show Beyside's further commitment to the Johor Beyblade Community:

1, Starting in June, the Beyside-800 will be upgraded to the Beyside-1000 with the following prize structures:

1st place: 600 RM

2nd place: 300 RM

3rd place: 100 RM

Higher prizes, higher competition levels, higher opportunities for professional blader growth in Johor.

2, The Beyside-1000 will now be organized twice a month versus the previous once a month for the Beyside-800.

This means that Beyside will commit RM 2,000 a month (even more including organization fees) to further fuel the growth of professional blading in Johor and Malaysia.

3, Our commitment to the Beyside-5000 remains unchanged with the first tournament happening in July 2026. The second Beyside-5000 will occur in December 2026.

4, The Beyside 400 will occur this month (organized in April, qualifying for May) for a single time only due to the change to the above system.

Contrary to speculation, the Beyside Series of Tournaments is here to stay.

Funding for tournaments has been secured outside of Beyside operation financials and represents a long term commitment from an anonymous benefactor who wants to see Beyblade X become a sport as popular as pickleball or any other sport growing into the mainstream.

Entry requirements for the Beyside-1000 will remain the same with two individual and separate receipts required for entries into both tournaments. If players wish to join only one tournament, one valid receipt will suffice.

Spend requirement of RM 150 per receipt will not increase.

Receipts issued at Beyside are currently being issued for June 2026 which will mark the kick off for this new tournament structure.
