The physical challenge is obvious, but at this stage coaching becomes about much more than sets and reps.
When fatigue builds and discomfort sets in, athletes and clients need someone who understands exactly what they are experiencing and can guide them through it.
Helping people stay calm, focus on their breathing, trust the process, and keep moving forward is often where the biggest breakthroughs happen.
Rachel continues to show tremendous consistency, determination, and character.
