Mindful Walking is a part of Somatic Movement. Getting into breath, walking slowly and being Mindful of how the whole body supports the walking. It also involves making patterns, being aware of textures and such. In a studio space also about sharing that energy with others. It's not just walking that's why we call the class
Walking meditation - Flirting with the Floor

Sai is a Somatics Instructor passionate about getting people back in their bodies and loving the experience. Her love for it started at S Factor that focused on building self trust, love and discovery. This introduced her to an amazing community of women and other Somatic based Modalities. Inspired - Sai got Certified in TRE (Tension & Trauma Release Exercises), Emotional Tour & Reiki from California coupled with her Post-graduate Diploma in Counselling from Australia. She believes that the more you understand and appreciate your inner self, the more you'll be able to embrace life to the fullest however you want to.

Get that 6 pack you’re dreaming of!
Suspension training is one of the best ways to get a strong, defined core. The loop-and-strap system might look relatively unassuming, but it forces your center to keep your body stable as you move, thereby working not just your major muscles, but all of those smaller stabilizers too. In this class, Elaine will be combining bodyweight HIIT workout to build up the heart rate, and core focus suspension training.
