Training larian sekarang smooth sangat, sampaikan mula rasa... bosan๐Ÿฅฑ

Muda2 dulu lari pace 4:50 min/km pun dah rasa hebat gila
fast forward 10 years later, tak sangka buat workout pada pace 4:40 min/km pun aku boleh rasa bosan! ๐Ÿ˜‚

If I could advise my younger self:
Make your training as boring as possible
Because boring = consistency, and consistency = progress

My result after 38 weeks doing Norwegian Singles Approach

New 1 mile PB 5:55.67 (3:41m/km)

During training, I never run faster than 4:30min/km
NO strides
NO hill repeats
NO Vo2max intervals

How is this possible? ๐Ÿค”

Alhamdulillah bersyukur, selama ni dok training sorangยฒ 4:30pagi, sekarang ada geng ni, dan sangatยฒ serasi dengan diorg, walaupun target masingยฒ berlainan, seronok semua nak improvekan diri walaupun semua dah geng Abahยฒ

Missing in action Syahmi, Uban, dan a few people lagi

Results dari run awal pagi semalam

Total running hrs patutnya 5jam lebih, tapi gps jadi bengong first km lambat dia tangkap ๐Ÿ˜ข

Start berlari pada loop 2,3,4,5,6

Total distance sepatutnya 35km dengan total hours 5jam 30min
Elevation gain rasa accurate dah

Masuk loop 5(loop 4) kaki start cramp
Selain daripada tu, semua okay

Berjaya finish strong, sprint to finish line dengan SRC runner dan Uncle Wee dari Pacemakers Athletic

Postmortem dari race semalam dan future plan

1.Kena strengthen lagi muscular endurance dan muscular strength
2. Training semula mileage, slowly build up weekly mileage ke 70/80km
3. Strengthen core bagi lagi padu
4. Start incorporate plyometric

Format event pertama dalam dunia katanya, team looping, wajib habis satu loop bersamaยฒ dan minimum distance per team adalah 800km ๐Ÿ”„๐ŸŒ

Ikut perkiraan dan percaturan, aku akan jadi substitute runner, mungkin run loop 2/3/4/5/6 ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ’จ

Lama dah tak merasa suasana malam di Fraser Hill, sejuk, dingin, suhu mencecah sampai 16ยฐc ๐ŸŒŒโ„๏ธ

Mogaยฒ perjalanan ke Fraser Hill petang ni selamat semuanya ๐Ÿ™

Insyallah ada rezeki, kami satu team dapat habiskan 800km ni ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’ผ
