Felt so good to be out after so long. Today went with 31.8kg Rucksack & clicked 19.57km distance a small tribute to Merdeka Day🇲🇾🇲🇾🇲🇾
All this while my typical Merdeka holidays will be spent with some gatherings, lots of good food and booze just like another holiday!
After getting hooked with my rucking activity which is carrying a weighted rucksack and click some mileage to improve my health and fitness. I started to explore a little on the roots of rucking which is the military way of life, honoring the fallen heroes, the community and the sacrifices they made for a greater and peaceful nation for us.
Due to the pandemic we can’t organize any social gatherings like we did before so had to do solo this round, good that Thashini decided to tag along to keep me company it was almost 5 Hours time well spent.
Hopefully things gets better real soon 🙏

3 OPTIONS:
1. Slick // No rucksack. You pick the height of the step-ups.
2. Standard // 30 #/20 # rucksack. You pick the height of the step-ups.
3. Expert // 45 # rucksack. Use 20" box for step-ups.

Why GORUCK Clubs?
We all want to be more active and a part of something bigger than ourselves. Not as some new fad, but as a way of life. To that end, GORUCK Clubs exist all over the country, and the world. People of all shapes, sizes, and backgrounds meeting up to put some miles in, to explore the world, to do some work together.
How It Works
GORUCK Clubs operate independently and autonomously at the local level. As such, they take on different forms:
Integrated — a gym or box owner integrates rucking into their programming and holds open group rucks. Ask them when the group ruck is to get started — you’ll probably find that several members are training for a GORUCK Challenge, too.
Independent — a local GORUCK Club Leader organizes meetups, rucks, ruckoffs etc., usually via Facebook. Rucks might start in a public park or at a bar or out of someone’s garage. It’s up to the group.
ALL GORUCK IS LOCAL
Rucking Is Better with Friends
If you’re new to a city or traveling around, GORUCK Clubs are a good way to link up with the community and get some physical activity in at the same time.
