Fat is stored energy. So when you exercise, it can be pulled from anywhere in your body to fuel you. Work on your whole body and you’ll see improvements soon enough (even in the stubborn areas like abs and arms!)

Happy Thursday ✨

Have you ever feel like "Oh, I can do more actually!" or "I should've push myself more" especially after a workout session? That instant regret of you can actually do more if you have stronger mindset.

Well, here's our top 3 personal tips to become stronger mentally when working out!

1. Focus
-While doing an exercise, you need to focus on the movement. To focus, be aware of how the exercise is growing the muscle. The mechanism of the workout. Connect muscle with mind.

2. Challenge yourself.
-When we say "10 seconds left", we want you to challenge yourself for that one last push. Remember that last rep is going to build yourself stronger.

3. Positive pep talks
-Always counter back that negative mindset. When you feel like you can't do it anymore, say this to yourself, "Keep going keep going. I have to do this for me".

Everyone has different ways to train mindset. Do it at your own ways. For stronger mindset, it's just the same like building muscle. You have to train your mind.

Often times we put too much pressure on ourselves and feel bad about our seemingly lack of progress. We tend to beat ourselves up over a couple of missed workouts or ignoring our diet for a few days πŸ˜”

But actually, when we look back and see what we’ve done so far, it's so much better than who we were yesterday ❀️

So, allow yourself to happy with yourself and to feel proud of your progress no matter how small you think it is! It's important that we remind ourselves that this is just a small bump on the road and it can’t derail a train as powerful as you! πŸ’ͺ
