I managed to do 10 reps with kipping.
No I am working on 10 reps with strict form.
These 2 exercises are gold for improving your muscle ups.
1️⃣ Russian dips
2️⃣ High pull up( weighted pull ups will improve it)
Core killers🔥🔥.
For better results slower the exercises.
Today leg workout:
1️⃣ Bulgarian split squat/Explosive 🧨
2️⃣ Single leg hip thrust/Explosive 🧨
3️⃣ eccentric step up
4️⃣ Jump up/Explosive 🧨
5️⃣ Lateral tube walking
6️⃣ Wall sits/Band
Close grip Handstand.
I was surprised when first time I try it because its for me easier than normal grip.
Practice makes perfect.
Handstand hold, it's getting easier to hold it with making my form better.
Some of My highlights this year💪.
It has been hard for most of us.
But we can turn this into an opportunity.
Now we have plenty of time to work on developing ourselves.
