This s**t has to stop. If you're paying a PT and they can't show you a written 12-week plan, aren't tracking your sessions week to week, and answer every food question with "just be in a calorie deficit", you're being undercoached.

Ask the questions: how long is the deficit, what's the exit strategy, when does muscle-building start, what does maintenance look like. If your PT can't answer, the missing plan is why nothing's changed.

Some of you are walking around heavily misinformed about what fitness coaching actually is.

Coaching is not just getting information. Coaching is not just getting a training program and a nutrition plan.

If that's all you need, just get AI to do it.

Coaching is implementation, accountability, and someone in your corner when s**t hits the fan.

That implementation comes from years of learning and experience, and with that experience, able to connect to you on a personal level. No AI can do that.

That's what you're investing in.

And that's why it's not RM200 a month.

Cheap investment = cheap support.

Yes TRT is considered steroids. But who cares.

I got on it to have a better quality of life. If you're a man reaching late 30s or into the 40s and for whatever reason you want to get on Testosterone, just do your bloodwork first.

Your s**tty eating and lifestyle and alcohol might be the reason your testosterone is in the gutter. Fix those first before jumping on them to actually see results.
