Job Title: BIM Architects

1. Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for projects from delivering design concept to project completion
- Manage the feasibility study, schematic design works and detailed design works
- Manage and supervise various vendors and contractors and proactively handle all project issues and resolve potential clashes.
- Review design proposals, tender documents and reports
- Work with Hong Kong team for other ad hoc assignments

2. Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experiences in mixed used development
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written English

3. No. of year experience
- minimum of 2 years’ relevant working experiences in mixed used development

4. Skill Requirement
- BIM (Revit) skill is preferred but training provided.

1. Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for creating the Building Information Models;
- To provide technical design and prepare design drawings, specifications and reports;
- Manage BIM technology implementation and assuring the quality deliverables on projects;
- Liaise with different stakeholders including consultants, architects and internal operation team in the smooth ex*****on.

2. Job Requirement
- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, Engineering or related disciplines;
- 2 years or above relevant experience from construction industry preferred;
- Hands-on BIM software/ applications experience is a definite advantage;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Self-motivated, initiative and mature with strong interpersonal skills;
- A team player and able to work independently;
- Good command of spoken and written English.

3. No. of year experience - 2

4. Salary Range - RM 3500 - 6000

Notes:
1. On the job BIM training will be provided
2. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant BIM Engineer
