Fitness isn’t just about shrinking your body or chasing aesthetics.
It’s about standing taller, moving without pain, rebuilding strength from the inside out, and feeling supported in your own body again.
From posture correction to pelvic health, diastasis recti healing, core stability & better movement, strength training can change so much more than the number on the scale.
Your body deserves care, not punishment.
Fitness saved me in ways nobody saw.
You’re not always going to feel great or have an awesome workout, but you’ll always feel better after going to the gym…guaranteed

Can we normalize talking about perimenopause already?
Because so many women are struggling in silence thinking:
Why am I so tired? Why is my anxiety worse? Why do I feel so unlike myself?
And the answer might not be burnout.
It might be hormones.
Perimenopause can begin long before periods stop, yet hardly anyone talks about it openly.
The more we share, the less alone women feel
Meaningful day yesterday at the Human & Organizational Performance (HOP) Conference at InterContinental KL alongside my good friend Kam Izzwan
We had the opportunity to conduct InBody assessments and consult employees on their results, from body composition to actionable steps for improving health and fitness. Small awareness can lead to big lifestyle changes.
Grateful for the opportunity to contribute and connect with so many people.

Perimenopause and menopause can feel like your body stopped following the rules you once knew. Stress hits harder, sleep shifts, and cortisol can stay elevated longer than it used to.
Guided meditation isn’t about “switching off” your mind, it’s about giving your nervous system a chance to reset. Even a few intentional minutes each day can support calmer stress responses, steadier moods, deeper breathing, and more space to reconnect with yourself.
Your calm matters too!

Perimenopause and menopause can make your body more sensitive to stress and even everyday things like poor sleep, rushing around, caffeine, emotional stress, or overdoing exercise can keep cortisol elevated.
High cortisol can impact sleep, mood, energy, cravings, and hormones. Small daily habits to support your nervous system really do matter!
Save this as a reminder to slow down and protect your peace 🤍
The female body is apparently built to carry stress, children, laundry baskets, and everyone’s emotional needs. But a deadlift? Suddenly that’s dangerous.
Women upscale themselves massively after lifting heavy

What I went through nearly broke my body but it became the reason I now help women through perimenopause, menopause & post menopause with compassion, evidence, and care.
No woman should lose her health trying to shrink herself.
