Disclaimer:
Make sure you do plenty of dynamic warm ups before attempting any heavy lifting. If your technique is not 100%, always work on them with moderate weights and get your form right. Get a spotter if you are attempting to lift beyond your normal weight limits. Lift safe and protect your body.
