Hi, I’m NATALIE. I was a big fan of food with super strong taste, and desserts was my favourite. The love of eating too much resulted to my round cute looking face and bloated body, and even my eyes became much smaller.
But at that time, I felt nothing. Until one day, I saw that my mother's diabetes affected her so seriously. From then, I started to pay attention to my diet! At the beginning, I did a lot of running I thought it could help me loose weight healthily. Unfortunately, no improvement at all and i gained weight instead. Found out that the factor was my unplanned diet.
I’m grateful to my angel Coach Emily, beside the addition of my morning breakfast nutritious shake, she personalised a meal that suits me personally. By following the coaching through diet plan, and moderate exercise, my bloated body problem finally disappeared, and obviously my eyes look bigger now. The tease and laughs from my younger sister towards my pie shaped face disappeared too haha❤️
The happiest thing is to get an A+ for my medical report by the doctor when I visited the hospital. He knew that I controlled my diet really well.
I concluded that the body is our own, if we want to look good and healthy, we have to believe, learn and follow all the guidance from the coach. Thanks to the decision, now I can enjoy food occasionally, take care and maintain my body figure much easier. I’m very grateful to have met my angel🙏

我以前是一个超爱重口味食物,
甜品更是爱不释手。
贪吃到脸部身体都水肿,连眼睛都变小了。
那时候还觉得没什么,
直到看见我母亲糖尿病严重影响到她走不到路。 我开始注意自己的健康饮食了!
一开始只是自己上健身房跑跑步 ,
以为这样可以身体健康瘦下来,但是一直卡重,甚至变得更重。
原因还是在吃的那方面,没有拿捏好。
感恩遇到天使Emily,
除了早上的奶昔营养早餐,
她还为我计算出适合我个人的meal plan ,
我只是跟着吃,和适量运动。
明显水肿都消了,除了眼睛变大了,
我妹妹经常笑我的大饼脸也不见了❤️
最开心的是到医院拿体检报告时,
医生给了我一个 A+ 。
还问我是不是非常特别的照顾个人饮食!
我只可以说身体是自己的,
想要健康,
想要好看身形就得开窍接受教练的一切指导。
现在我可以偶尔享受美食,
也懂得照顾和维持自己的身材了!

Life has no do overs or restart or resets,
take good care of your self, both body and mind. Do these, and the rest will take care of itself :
✅ Eat healthy food, get enough sleep, drink enough water, exercise adequately.
✅ Practice good hygiene, look clean and sharp always, keep things tidy and organized.
✅ Build your sense of belonging, join a business or community support group, find a mentor for business or life.
✅ Do something you enjoy everyday, find ways to relax, massage, bath, evening walk, watching tv etc.
✅ Keep learning, improve self development, spend some time alone to reflect your daily productivity and seek for improvements.

Hi, I’m Deric. I used to be a dancer, insurance agent and a banker before I decided to get into fitness as a personal trainer. I used to have bad eating habit and I only eat food that I like (unhealthy ones mostly). Since young, I’ve been considered malnutrition and underweight. I gets tired easily, and no matter how much I ate, I couldn’t put on weight. I thought high metabolism was one of the reason but soon that I realize, it was my eating habit and the lack of knowledge about nutrition.
While scrolling through FB, I saw my friend, Yvonne (now my wife) posts about weight management program in her feed and I approached her. She encouraged me to start the program and I did. Thanks to her coaching, diet and nutrition plan, 3 months later, I gained 5kg lean muscles. Impressed with the result, I kept going and being consistent with my routine. 12 months later, I hit my body goal and in total I gained more than 10kg lean muscles. The journey wasn’t really that hard, its not extreme and its sustainable. It became a lifestyle.
Her coach, Jayden and her invited me to an event organized by the nutrition company I use during my program and I said Yes (even though I disliked it). I went to the event and never thought that I could see thousands of people in the same room, they’re all there because of their good results (myself included). I start to have interest towards the company and then, one day I decided to get involved in the business after I become a gym personal trainer myself. We started our first fitclub, the Banana Fit Club Bukit Jalil in the mid of 2018. Despite ups and downs, we have helped more than 600 people in and out of the community to get fitter, and healthier. Seeing the changes in people is what that really kept me going. A change to be better in any ways, as a person, not just physically and mentally but overall.
Changing people’s lives. Anybody can, it starts of with you.
To change or influence the world, first change and influence our self.
