Discipline was always his biggest fight.
Najwan first stepped into BKB to reconnect with family, his brother Coach Nawfal and cousin Coach Bobi, after losing his youngest brother. He also wanted to improve himself.

He used to procrastinate, lose focus, and quit when things got tough. One step into the gym and things started to change 🥊

Now he’s more composed, structured, and confident, in the ring and in life. Boxing keeps him disciplined, even on bad days.

Why boxing at BKB?
💬 “Because BKB’s vibe is da bomb!” – Najwan

Ever wondered why a boxing “ring” is called a ring… even though it’s square?
Swipe to see how it evolved.

💡Bonus fact : In 1867, the Marquess of Queensberry Rules mandated the elevated square ring with extra ropes, giving fighters a proper stage and making the sport safer. The boxing ring we recognise today.
