With a firm understanding on the importance of physiological make-up and mental conditioning, she has led numerous group fitness exercise and personal training to help realise one’s targeted health aspiration. Passionate in her role and also an avid distance runner, Veronica strongly believes in the importance of a work-life balance, incorporating health and fitness for optimal benefit. In her previous role as Wellness Ambassador at the leading five star Westin Kuala Lumpur hotel, she was solely responsible for motivating staff into following the ‘ABCs’ of Wellness Programme: Assessing candidly their current condition, Building an agreed personal plan and Conditioning themselves toward this targeted health level – whilst making this fun and enjoyable at the same time too for sustainability! Veronica is well known for her vibrant and energetic personality; she injects this inspiring energy and positively ‘infectious’ enthusiasm into all her trainings. She assures of an interactive, high-energy and motivational session for all participants. Her clientele ranges from groups of established professionals at international and local organisations looking to enhance their performance delivery, to individuals simply in search of a ‘feel good factor’.
