Good day everyone and welcome to Eureka Archery !

In this video, I share my research and build process of a Malay Heritage Bow using EFG . This project is inspired by original Southeast Asian bows from museum and auction archives, including examples preserved by the Pitt Rivers Museum and Olympia Auctions.

The goal is not to copy one specific bow, but to study the traditional Malay and regional bow shape — especially the limb curve and siyah design — and recreate it using modern fiberglass for durability and performance.

This is part of our ongoing historical archery research and development at Eureka Archery — making traditional archery accessible, practical, and alive today.
