Have you been kind to yourself lately?

Our fitness journeys are shaped by so much more than reps and sets. Our mindset, our emotions, the weight we carry before we even walk through the door — it all matters. and it doesn’t get talked about enough.

Your mind and body are connected. What you feel before a workout shows up during it, and that’s completely normal.

In honour of mental health month, here’s a reminder by Coach and Coach to be a little gentler with yourself. Progress isn’t always linear. Comparison steals more than it gives, and you should give yourself more grace than you think.

Nothing beats the feeling of seeing your mom age with strength, confidence, and joy 🥹

This Mother’s Day, we get a glimpse into Alice and her mom’s relationship.

For Alice, bringing her mom to join strength training was an act of love and care. Over time, seeing her mom move better, feel stronger, and genuinely enjoy the process. It was a gift that kept on giving.

For Alice’s mom, the ability to keep growing in strength brings her another sense of joy.
