Although, yoga is originated from India but today it has been part of life for at least 100 million people throughout the world and this indicates the importance of yoga in today’s life. Earlier yoga was only practiced by the Himalaya sages, but today excluding Antartica, it has been practices in every region. An
alyzing the statistic of yoga practitioner, it has been practices by various professionals including students, old folks in western countries, famous Hollywood actors and actress, pregnant ladies, philosophers, doctors etc. This is only possible as yoga is simple, acceptable, suitable and could adapt according to the changes of the time. There are no special conditions to practice yoga whether you have flexible body, stiff body, fat, thin, obese, old, young, atheist, believer, everyone can practice yoga. Yoga could fulfill the practitioner’s need accordingly. Dharana Yoga Studio is established by Instructor Ramesh Nadarajan, a qualified yoga instructor from -VYASA: Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana, deemed university, India and have been teaching yoga since 2004. To expand his knowledge and experience in Yoga, he pursuit his further education from Rishikesh Yogpeeth, India in 2012. He obtained a certificate for laughter yoga therapy (Laughter Yoga Leader Program, Subang). Currently he is conducting Yoga classes and retreat. Dharana Yoga Studio currently conducting classes for beginners, intermediate and for advance student. Apart from these classes, we also conduct Family Yoga, Private Group Yoga and Personal Yoga classes. Schedule and fees for these classes can be discussed with the Instructor. We also conduct Laughter Yoga as a unique exercise routine, which combines unconditional laughter with yogic breathing (Pranayama).
