I emphasis a lot on and to my clients, in that should be a part of your lifestyle and in fact done to enhance your quality of life. Diet however should not be restricted but performed with informed decisions. Know what effect it will bring to your body, to your , can it wait (say til the weekend?), how can it be adjusted to best suit your lifestyle? You do you, whatโ€™s best to have a you, in line with your lifestyle (considering your work schedule, family, obligations and priorities) or a lifestyle you want to achieve ๐Ÿค—

Watch this for my full routine. I start with a tri-set of inverted rows x15, triceps focused kneeling x10-12, bentover rows x15. 4 sets. Then to outdoors another : x10-12, shoulder focused push up x10-15, upside downs (or whatever this is called ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ™ˆ) x5-8. 3-4 sets. ๐Ÿคฉ Super fun sets!

Hereโ€™s for the many of you who have bought at home and wanna in your big T like me here ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ™ˆ ! Try these 3 exercises back to back as a to burn ๐Ÿ”ฅ fat and improve functional movements:

1. Single arm dumbbell swing to press x15 reps each arm

2. Side plank knee to elbow + rotation x10 reps each side

3. Bicep curls with twist x 12 reps

Iโ€™ve been back to since it had reopened last week and Iโ€™m loving it! Hit the machines and weights and I felt like I fell in love again ๐Ÿ˜ Hereโ€™s my with me back at the gym - ?? ๐Ÿคฃ

2. Superset with long band pulls.

3. Seated row

4. Superset with lat pull down (behind head)

5. Single arm kneeling bentover row

Letโ€™s burn those fats off with combination exercises in ๐Ÿ”ฅ you can do this at the or at home if you have the weights/props.

1. Romanian with to dumbbell Bentover row.

2. to shoulder press (you can use dumbbells if you donโ€™t have a baby ๐Ÿ˜‚).

3. Sliding back to bicep curls (you can use a towel if you donโ€™t have a slider).

4. Sliding back lunges to lateral raises.

This is my ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ™ˆ In a fashion, I did this: 45-60s skip rope, straight to 30 times, dumbbell , then finally (alternate hands x 30s, double hand x20s, big circles x10s). 4 rounds - quick death ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ™ˆ

Letโ€™s talk about combination ๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿผ combining 2 or more exercises in one repetition. I like to incorporate them as they can be super fun and effective for quick a , burning more calories and stimulating more muscle group at one go.
