1996 Gen.Choi seminar at Lai Taekwon Gym St. Albans. What an honour to be graded by the Father and Founder of Taekwon-Do Gen. Choi Hong Hi at the seminar to 6th. Dan. This article was published in the local newspaper. A memorable experience for sure to last a lifetime.

76 years old today and for the best part of 55+ years have been involved in a hobby that I loved. Started in 1964 under Korean Woo Jae Lim brought in by Gen. Choi who was then the ambassador for South Korea in Malaysia to instruct the growing numbers of Taekwondoist. The first school that I instructed in was Ampang Road Boys School after obtaining my 1st. Degree Black Belt. Taught them how to jump over 8 persons and do a forward roll.

Full house again today. Meditation after class before bowing to the founder, Grandmaster Robert Lai. flag and senior student before dismissal. Protocols as stated by Gen. Choi in the 15 Volume Taekwon-Do Encyclopedia.

Full house at St. Albans Junior class, even more than precovid days. I have to thank Aaron Li, Lee Bearman, Shemik, Frank Zevallos for helping out with the class.
