In past 19 years Malaysia Deaf community fought their rights to have fair treat of government funding on deaf sports. Sir Adenan, CM of Sarawak was the one whom gave us SSDeaf fully funding in organizing The 19th Malaysia Sports for the Deaf and also voiced for deaf community to make SOPMA Sarawak a jumping platform to upgrade deaf athletes. Sarawak lost a great leader in 11.1.17. Your kindness will always be remembered and stays in our heart, sir. Oohaaaa!
You will always be remembered by your people and the spirit of ohaaaa...
Thanks so much for the second last event in Sarawak SOPMA that You have really help the deaf society a lot. We have yet to pay our visit to you and yet we have to pay the last respect this way... We SOPMA will walk together with you tomorrow morning to your cemetery our beloved CM... Our SSDEAF exco and MSDEAF exco are flying in tonight to pay their last respect to you Tomorrow morning.

Memorable moments of 19th Malaysian Deaf Games(SOPMA XIX) at Kuching, Sarawak from 30 September 2016 to 7 October 2016.
A token of appreciation to both Mr. Kang Chen, Vice President of World Sports International Committee Sports for the Deaf from Taiwan and Mr. Mohamad Pargar, President of Asia Pacific Deaf Sports Confederation from Iran for attending this special sports event. It is our greatest honour to have these two world Deaf leaders together with us throughout the entire week as their attendance has definitely illuminated the event.
This video has shown the growth of Sarawak Deaf Sport Association within a short time as well as its successfulness in organizing this national sports event for the very first time! As such, we would also like to take this opportunity to express our outmost gratitude to the Sarawak Government, agencies and NGOs in giving us the support and confidence to show that the Deaf can also achieve great heights in sports.
