What a interesting experience, Iโm surprised how effective these equipments plus the movements, you can literally feel the right muscles firing up.

Itโs the time of the year, festivals & holidays, ur training will be ur next year goal again
Assuming u stop all activities, no run, no swim, no cycling, no strength work total rest in front of Netflix the whole time.
1st week- nothing much happens, very minimal drops.
2 weeks- 4-6% of VO2max drop. Ur body feels little heavy when u run the same distance & speed as b4
4 weeks- 10-15% of VO2max drop. U can only manage half ur usual distance at a slower easy pace.
8 weeks- 15-25% of VO2max drop. Ur coordination & running economy declines. U will hit zone 4 hr much faster.
If you keep some activity โ like cycling, brisk walking, swimming, or strength training โ
the VOโmax drop might only be 5โ10%, and youโll regain fitness much faster.

1. Deadbug 20 reps x 4 sets
2. Crunches 10 reps x 4 sets
3. Side to Side 20 reps x 4 sets
4. Toes Touch 8 reps x 4 sets
5. Bonus: Plank Hold
If you are new to running, letโs focus more on building aerobic base, rather than busy monitoring your zone 2 heart rate.
The 30 minutes run training can really do wonders, trust me ๐๐
