Registration for the KL Weightlifting Open 2026 has officially closed! We are thrilled to welcome a massive field of elite and amateur lifters to the city’s largest weightlifting stage.
We are currently finalizing the heats and schedule to ensure a smooth competition flow.

HEAR THAT? 🔊 That’s the sound of our February Trainee of the Month: Burger Choo! 🍔🔥
Burger first saw the “Train Fam” energy at Johor One Shot 2025 and knew he needed to be part of the loudest cheering squad in the game. After his previous program ended, he took it as a sign to finally join the fam—and he’s been bringing that semangat ever since!
From “loading” his hidden talents to grinding for his 2026 competition goals, Burger is a massive part of what makes our community feel like home. 🏠💯
