Tasik Santuy (Blue Lake) is a scenic former quarry lake with striking turquoise-blue water, an easy short outdoor spot near Johor Bahru.

It’s a 2.4 km out-and-back trail, rated easy. Takes 30–60 minutes round trip, suitable for beginners, families and casual walkers. The path leads uphill to the viewpoint overlooking the lake.

Popular for light cardio; many locals come for morning or evening runs.
Landscape photography & reels
The bright blue lake against rocky terrain makes it a viral photo spot.

NO swimming: The quarry lake has unpredictable depth, hidden slopes and dangerous underwater conditions. Swimming is strictly unsafe.
No fishing officially allowed.
No dedicated restrooms, minimal facilities.
Trail can get muddy after rain; wear proper non-slip shoes.
Avoid visiting in midday heat (12pm–3pm).
Keep distance from wild monkeys; do not feed animals.
