BREAKING - AZEEM FAHMI clocked 10.09 (new NR) 🔥
Azeem Fahmi has set a new Malaysian national record in the men's 100m. 🎉
The 18-year-old clocked a world-class time of 10.09 (+0.8 m/s) to win the heat 8 in the first round of the World Athletics U20 Championships, today, 1st of August (2nd in KL) in Cali, Colombia. 💪🏻
He was the second fastest in the round 1 behind the world U20 record holder LETSILE TEBOGO of Botswana who set a new championship record of 10.00 (-0.6). 🚀
Azreem has broken Khairul Hafiz Jantan's NR of 10.18 set in 2016.👏
