This month, we are proud to recognise The Namibian Ports Authority - Namport for their generous contribution to TASK.

Namport donated N$10,000 towards our feeding programme, a contribution that goes directly towards providing consistent, nutritious meals for the children we serve.

It is through partnerships like these that we are able to show up, week after week, with the consistency and care our community deserves.

Thank you, Namport, for investing in the future of Namibia's children. Your support makes a real difference.

🧘‍♀️ Stop underestimating the power of the quiet work.

We see the energy.

We see the icon who has defied aging and redefined performance stamina for decades.

But what we usually *don’t* see is the foundation.

New reports confirm that Madonna, arguably the hardest-working woman in showbiz, swears by her dedicated yoga practice.

And it’s *not* just for flexibility.

This low-impact work is the vital fitness base that powers her absolute intensity on stage.

It’s about stability, recovery, and building energy from the ground up.

It’s proof that you don't always have to smash HIIT and heavy weights to build unstoppable stamina.

Sometimes, the strongest thing you can do is slow down and breathe.

If it can fuel her performances, imagine what it could do for your recovery day.

Skandasana (Side Lunge/Half Squat) is an intermediate, deep-stretching yoga pose that builds leg strength, boosts ankle flexibility, and opens the hips, often serving as a dynamic transition in vinyasa flows. It involves squatting low on one leg while extending the other, significantly improving balance.

Nothing better than 10 relaxed souls in Shavasana tonight at Walvisbay Toyayoga

Shavasana (Co**se
Pose) is essential in yoga to transition from active movement to deep, conscious relaxation, allowing the body to integrate the physical benefits of the practice, calm the nervous system, and lower stress hormones like cortisol. It serves as a mental reset, bridging the gap between active poses and mindful stillness.
