TELE SALES CONSULTANTS

A leading skills development organization is seeking highly motivated and energetic Tele Sales consultants to join our sales team and promote our professional training interventions to prospective clients. Ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to work independently. Successful candidates will be responsible for generating leads, following up with potential clients, and closing sales deals over the phone.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, and email campaigns.
*Establish and maintain healthy, long-term relationship with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
*Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
*Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
*Knowledge of sales principles and practices, including lead generation and sales pipeline management.
*Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Job Summary

Pelgea Group, A wholly Namibian owned consultancy and corporate training solutions provider is looking for experienced well-spoken and self-driven Tele sales Consultants to join our Sales team.

An effective tele-sales consultant must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting our service offerings over the phone as well as dealing with client complaints.
Tele-sales Consultant responsibilities:
• Patience, persistence, and persuasiveness
• Closing sales deals
• Excellent communication & Listening skills
• Updating client data base

Tele-sales Consultant requirements

• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets preferably over the phone
• Generating and qualifying leads from cold calling
• Creative thinking skills
• Patience and ability to engage customers in conversation
• Experience in sales is a plus
• Good customer service skills
• Able to multitask
• Good team player
