🍋 REFUEL FRIDAY: 10-Minute Lemon Garlic Shrimp 🍋
Don’t let the weekend derail your progress! This meal is faster than a drive-thru and hits those macro goals perfectly.
• Ingredients: Frozen shrimp (thawed), zucchini noodles (or brown rice), lemon juice, garlic, and red pepper flakes.
• The How-To: Sauté garlic in a splash of olive oil, toss in the shrimp for 2-3 mins, add your "base," and squeeze that lemon.
• Pro Tip: Top with feta for a salty kick!
