Today, we had the chance to showcase Muay Thai at NUST.

Muay Thai, also known as Thai Boxing, is the national sport of Thailand. It’s a martial art with origins in the ancient battlefield tactics of the Siamese (or Thai) army. This discipline is characterized by stand-up striking, sweeps, and various clinching techniques. It’s often referred to as the “Art of eight limbs” because it involves the combined use of fists, elbows, knees, and shins.

If you’re interested in combat sports, Muay Thai is definitely worth exploring! 😊
