NSSSA Commences a New Chapter Following Successful Annual General Meeting

The Executive Committee of the Namibia University of Science and Technology Sports and Social Association (NSSSA) extends its sincere gratitude to all members following its successful hosting of its Annual General Meeting (AGM). The commitment, contributions, and deliberations of our members underscore a shared dedication to the growth and success of the Association.

By entrusting confidence in the newly elected Executive Committee, members have paved the way for a renewed vision. This marks the beginning of a dynamic chapter where NSSSA strives to cultivate a winning mentality not only in sports and wellness, but also in academic and professional excellence.

🏆 Champions in the making!

, represented by the NUST Staff Sports and Social Club (NSSSC), competed at the MVA Fund Championship Series over the weekend, and we schooled the competition!

🏐🎯 We are proud to announce that our teams claimed gold in both Volleyball and Darts. Today, we had the honour of presenting our champions to the Acting Vice-Chancellor.

🇳🇦🏅 NUST shines at the 2025 Inter-University Staff Sports (I-USS) Games in Gaborone, Botswana!

From 6–7 June, our team of 42 staff members proudly represented the University at the regional tournament hosted by BUAN.

Competing in 5 codes, NUST brought home 4 medals:

🥈 Darts (Singles)
🥉 Football

NUST-NAM 🇳🇦came to SAUSSA hosted by Zimbabwe Open University with vuma and we did well. Fun was had and trophies (chess - 1st, netball - 3rd and women's tennis-3rd) were brought home.
