To the Tribe,
Thoughts births actions...
Thoughts births perception...
Thoughts births realities...
What you constantly think about, you attract
As you think in your heart, your actions involuntarily display...
And what your actions display is a huge pointer to who/what/how people will say you are...
If you perceive yourself beautifully, you will act beautiful...
People who are bitchy or unnecessarily bossy, perceive themselves wrongly, in most cases, as inadequate
Whenever you find yourself anxious about how you look... What you do... Or what you are about to undertake...
Track your thought pattern or process towards that thing....
You are not different from your thoughts...
In need of a change?
Pull down the strongholds in your mind!
I know this helps π

To the Tribe,
Thoughts are powerful!
Thoughts can make or mar a person...
Because of the broadness of the human heart, our thoughts can veer off ...
Dabble into some 'unthinkable' region
If you build upon your thoughts, you can become absolutely anything!
Positively or the opposite...
Lucifer became S.atan from his thoughts...
The idea of the Tower of Babel began from a thought π€...
If you give attention to your stray thoughts, where you will land will shock you...
The scriptures helped us with a tool to pattern our thoughts ...
"Finally, believers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable and worthy of respect, whatever is right and confirmed by Godβs word, whatever is pure and wholesome, whatever is lovely and brings peace, whatever is admirable and of good repute; if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think continually on these things [center your mind on them, and implant them in your heart].
(Philippians 4:8)
Let these serve as your thoughts indicator per time...
If it doesn't meet these parameters (True, Pure, Honest , Just, Lovely, Of good report, Virtuous, worthy of praise)... Then Delete!...
Anything below this standard will not help you, rather it will embellish your fears and anxieties!
Again I say, DELETE!
I know this helps π

*Spending Time With Negative People??*
Human beings are social creatures, and as social creatures, we tend to pick up on the behaviours of others...
So when you are someone that really needs to feel happier and stress-free, one of the wor.st things you can do is spend time with people that bring stress and tension into your life...
If you spend a lot of your free time with negat.iv.e people or people that tend to create stress and anxiety around them, that stress is often going to rub off on you...
You might not observe at first, however, if you take stock over time, you will realize that they are leaving a vivid residue in your mind and Life...
Ideally, spending time with happier people that bring positivity into your life is the best way to make an impact on your mental health and productivity...
This Year, association is not something to pamper...
If they are constantly bringing negative vibes, PORT!!π€²πΎ

To the Tribe,
*Never Validate Your Fears!*
One of the greatest mistakes people make is trying to validate their fears...
This is especially common with those who are anxious over their health...
The person may know they have an illness, but they will still google the physical symptoms they are experiencing to try to convince themselves that it is not what it is
This type of behavior happens all the time in life...
You worry that your child or relative is going to get into a car accident and start to look up death rates for car accidents...
You know you are afraid of spiders, yet to go ahead to read stories about how people are killed by spiders...
We do not like to feel as though our fears and anxieties are irrational, so we research and talk to friends and look for reasons to feel as though they are rational and valid...
U.nfortun.ately, this behaviour only causes more anxiety, and may make it more difficult for you to achieve your goals π
Stop trying to validate your pessimism!
Stay positive!
I know this helps π

To the Tribe,
Actions speak better than words...
Words are supposed to breed Faith and confidence, however, it depends on what you are saying ...
If you speak pessimism, you breed fear... And invariably cripple your progress...
If you speak optimism and light, you breed hope and confidence... And this will propel your plans... And drive anxiety away
Sometimes, the more you speak, the less possibility you envision...
Stop talking too much!
Keep the camera(s) down!
Get to work!

To the Tribe,
*Focus on action!*
Take your anxiety and drive yourself to use those emotions productively...
It is easier for anxiety and fear to creep in and stay, when you are idle or predominantly less busy...
In the place of 'doing' , process becomes clearer...
The best way to prevent yourself from worrying is to burn up all of those available bouts of emotions doing productive stuff!
Like I'll always say, "Success beget success "...
The more successful you are as you progress, the more believable your ultimate success becomes π€²πΎ

To the Tribe,
*Detail the consequences!*
Sometimes, the best way to deal with anxiety is to ask yourself this simple question, "What's the worst that can happen?" ...
"If things do not go as planned, so what?"
Spend time figuring out exactly what will happen when things go south and what will likely occur after that...
Be 100% sure you know precisely what you are worrying about...
And probably lead you to what circumvent these things

To the Tribe,
If you really want to deal with Anxiety, the first step is to trash the buildup...
Demystify every tale, imaginations and fable you have ever heard about what you are trying to handle or deal with...
Do not believe the hype!
Assume pretty much everything you read or heard about that task is a bunch of crap...
Because it probably is!
People will always have an opinion about what they have gone through...
The fact that they have had the experience does not mean that they are now an 'authority' in that area...
Apparently some people go through a phase without perfecting the phase...
Additionally, experience is relative and might not or never apply to you....
Do not compare yourself to it, and learn how to filter what you learn from it...
Do not arrogate people's experiences, especially when negative to yourself...
For the umpteenth time, be anxious for nothing π€²πΎ

To the Tribe,
**BECAUSE IT'S SUNDAY**
Anxiety is not a gift of/from God ...
As much as it is almost natural to get anxious, we do not give in to the feeling...
First, God's Spirit in US is not that of fear, it is of Faith, boldness and soundness of mind...
We also have an antidote recorded in the scriptures,
Philippians 4:6-7: βDo not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.β
The next time anxiety tries to sweep through your heart, turn to God... Cast your cares/worry/anxiety on him and embrace peace
Before you get back to the grind tomorrow to face those humongous targets and deadlines... Speak to HIM about these things that you are anxious about π€²πΎ
Then commence the week in PEACE π

To the Tribe,
By implication, the startup phase comes with torrents of anxiety...
We are often swamped with diving headlong into the unknown 'abyss'...
We are likely going to be doing things we have never done before or with people and methods that have never existed in our space before...
There is often nothing about this process that should make us feel assured and certain...
Therefore, it is not entirely out of place if you feel somewhat anx..ious
So, let us start off by admitting that we can freak out and it can be challenging if you do not find a way to figure this out...
Find a way to harness your anxiety!
You must realize that the core problem might never go away (especially if it is intrinsic), but your methods for dealing with it could be vastly improved from time to time...
Set out ways to wrangle this hedge off your way, else you may never truly begin...
Anxiety is an emotional perception that you can challenge, and conquer to a reasonable degree...
Our fears and anxieties aim to deter us from prospective danger...
But, to pull through, the giant fanged creatures (fear-laced thoughts and imaginations) in your head need to be faced headlong.
Be anxious for nothing!
