"I am a man that believes in Principle. My elder brother Tinubu is the president now, after his 8 years Which will end in 2031, the north will go on to take the slot for 8 years. After then, in 2039, I will be the president of Nigeria. This is a prophecy and it must come to pass, he maintained.

Sunday Igboho Thanks Tinubu, South-West Governors & Monarchs After Returning to Nigeria, Pledges Support for Peace, Security and Socio-Economic Development

Yoruba Nation activist Sunday Igboho has expressed gratitude to President Bola Tinubu, South-West governors, and Yoruba traditional rulers following his return to Nigeria after nearly five years in exile.

In a statement released in Ibadan, Igboho described his return as an act of mercy facilitated by royal fathers and stakeholders. He pledged to support peace, security, and socio-economic development, especially in the South-West, and commended regional governors—singling out Governor Seyi Makinde for infrastructural development in Oyo State.

Igboho also thanked prominent Yoruba monarchs, including the Olubadan of Ibadan and the Ooni of Ife, and reaffirmed his commitment to unity and stability in Yorubaland.
