The Nigeria Football Coaches Association (NFCA), Ogun State Chapter, proudly celebrates and congratulates Coach Akeem Ishola Busari on his well-deserved appointment as the Head Coach of the Flamingos (U-17 Girls National Team of Nigeria).

Coach Busari, who serves as the Technical Director and Lead Consultant of the Coaching Education Department of NFCA Ogun State Chapter, has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, deep technical knowledge, and an unwavering commitment to the development of football coaching in Nigeria. His impact within the association has been instrumental in raising coaching standards and nurturing emerging talents across the state.

In addition to his contributions within NFCA, Coach Busari is also the Lead Consultant to JC International Coaches Academy, the Ogun State Football Association (OGSFA) approved coaching education institution. Through this role, he has played a vital part in equipping coaches with modern methodologies and professional expertise, further strengthening grassroots and elite football development.

His appointment as Head Coach of the Flamingos is not only a recognition of his competence and dedication but also a moment of pride for Ogun State and the entire coaching community. We are confident that his tactical brilliance, discipline, and wealth of experience will guide the team to outstanding success on the international stage.
