Today, we have an exciting workout routine specially designed for beginners who are looking to kickstart their fitness journey with a quick and effective full-body HIIT workout. In just 10 minutes, you'll be sweating, burning calories, and feeling amazing. Let's get started!
Let's begin with a quick warm-up to get our bodies ready for the intense workout ahead. Start by jogging in same place for 30 seconds, loosening up those muscles and increasing your heart rate.
Jumping Jacks:
Our first exercise is everyone's favorite - Jumping Jack
Perform 20 reps, making sure to engage your core and keep a steady pace. This exercise targets your entire body, working on both cardio and muscle endurance.
Bodyweight Squats:
Moving on to Bodyweight Squats. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, squat down as if you're sitting back into a chair, and then return to the starting position. Let's do 15 reps to work those legs and glutes.
Push-Ups:
Time for Push-Ups to strengthen your upper body and core. Perform 10 reps, maintaining a straight line from head to heels. Feel free to modify by dropping down to your knees if needed.
Mountain Climbers:
Now, let's challenge our core with Mountain Climbers. Get into a plank position and drive your knees in towards your chest alternately. Aim for 20 reps, keeping that heart rate up.
Plank Hold:
Finally, we'll finish off with a Plank Hold to target your core and improve stability. Hold the plank position for 30 seconds, keeping your body in a straight line from head to heels.
Cool Down:
Great job, everyone! You've completed our 10-minute full-body HIIT workout for beginners. Remember to cool down with some gentle stretches to help your muscles recover and prevent any post-workout soreness.
