We started the year 2020 with this amazing solution for a family of 5.
Problem was that they had only a 15x15m (50x50ft) piece of land which we normally call half plot of land.

solution: We were able to design a 5 bedroom duplex with 3 rooms ensuite, parking space for 2 cars and sizeable kitchen kitchen and store attached.

outcome: problem solved.
