Andrea Masiello (born 5 February 1986) is an Italian professional footballer, who plays as a right-back for Genoa. He is perhaps best known for match-fixing in the Derby of Puglia, whilst playing for Bari, scoring an own goal to guarantee Lecce survival in Serie A. He was banned 26 months for selling the matches Salernitana–Bari, Bari–Sampdoria, Palermo–Bari, Bari–Lecce and Bologna–Bari. He later admitted that he'd been offered more than €50,000 to fix the game, and was duly given a 22-month suspended sentence.
